The incoterm is by default Free Carrier (FCA) Seller's facility.
The seller delivers the goods to a carrier or another person nominated by the buyer, at the seller's premises.
You have 21 days from the moment you get the components to make a claim.
Once your request is approved, AIRENC will proceed to refund the amount under the payment method used by the client.
Components then have to be sent back to the seller at your charge.
